The man got up quick as a cat but then stopped dead quite literally as Jack had shot him in the chest, blood came poring out all over the mans body.
"That's what happens when people stalk me"Jack said heaving the body to the end of the ally.
"Right mister time to see who you work for" muttered Jack, using a simple air elemental based power he absorbed the mystery mans memories, Jack sorted through the dead mans memories, the flicked back to a person in a hood telling him to bring him there, then him tailing Jack hand getting thrown through the air and the pain of getting shot, the last thing he thought was the name Morgath.
"Hmmm Morgath why does that name sound so familiar" Jack pondered it for a while then decided he was hungry.
Four days past without any disaster until.
"Hey Jack there's a letter for you" Issac yelled.
"Gimme gimme gimme its hopefully a confirmation from the castle" Jack said excited.
"Dear Jack Shadowright your application for becoming a guard for a guardian of the land has been accepted you will report to the castle a 0600 hours to meet your guardian hope you are well secretary Tenko.
"YESSSSSSSSSSSS i did it" Jack shouted at the top of his voice.
"Hey I have to go to the castle tommorow I guess we can go together" Opal said.
"How come your going" Jack asked suspisously.
"No reason"Opal said a bit to innocently.
"Right"Jack said.
"OK I'm going to have lunch" said Jack turning away.

I herebt declare this the end of the world enjoy:part three
The room was dark and stank of blood and dust the woman chained to the wall screamed.
"I don't know where he is please stop" the woman said sobbing.
"You know what I think your a liar" the man said.
"Torture her some more well until she tells us where he is" said the man. he walked out of the chamber followed by the screams of a tortured lonely soul.
Jack was in a good mood he just went to the guard training and did well apparently, apparently being knocking out a guard taking his uniform and impersonating him.
"That went well" he said to himself, he looked over his shoulder for the fifth time today no matter what he did he couldn't get over the fact that he was being followed,finally he turned down an allyway, turned around sharpley and shot a blast of air someone grunted from a being thrown.
"I knew i was being followed" Jack said a glint in his eye.
"I don't know where he is please stop" the woman said sobbing.
"You know what I think your a liar" the man said.

Jack first removed the sword useing necromancy then set about repairing the wound.
"I frigging hate vampires such frigging losers" Jack grunting at the pain of healing himself.
when jack was fully healed he set about contacting is employer, a rather young sharp mage who only liked good news.
"What is it good news i hope" Lady Kate said sharply her face rather pointed through the portal in which her head looked at on the other side.
"No not really he stabbed me and then he got away" Jack said sheepishly looking around.
"Right that is the third time you let me down so I'm sorry to say your FIRED good day to you" Lady Kate said angrily and with that the portal shut down.
Two hours later Jack had got a full body portal to get himself back to Masnguard the central plant for mages and low lifes thiefs and people trying to start from square on again, it also happened to be the place where him and his friends live.
Jack walked in the door of his house and was greeted with.
"Oh its you" said a female voice from the living room.
Normally Jack would retort with "Shut your face you lazy idiot" but to day he ignored her today for two reasons he just got fired and because once you've lived with Opal for two years you got used to her.
"Hello I just said something to you, are'nt you going to reply" Opal said anger building.
Jack just walked past her and gave her the finger.
"OH charming" Opal said and got back to her book.
"Hey Jack whats up" Asked Issac peeling a apple and eating it.
"I got fired today and need a job" Jack replied darkly.
sitting down.
"Oh well there's a position for guards needed for the guardians of the lands" said Issac bitting into the apple.
"Is there right I'm going to apply for that" Jack said happily like he was'nt fired at all.

"I hate vampires and I also hate vampires who take my sword" Jack said ducking under another sweep of the vampires sword.
"Well I hate cursed humans who never just let the vampires take the blood" said the vampire swiping at Jack again.
"Yeah well your going to love this aren't you" Jack retorted and whiped out a gun and fired at point blank range, but of course being a vampire he just side steped out the way and stabbed Jack right though the stomach and pineed him to a tree.
"You.. ba..bastard" Jack said in pain.
"Your lucky I'm not going to take your cursed blood here on earth mages blood tastes horrible" said the vampire and with that said and none ran faster the the eye can see.
"I hate vampires and I also hate vampires who take my sword" Jack said ducking under another sweep of the vampires sword.
